MISSION
President
He conducts the policy of the Association which is the legal
representative and the corporation. He ensures the effective
implementation of decisions of the office. He is required to fully
and periodically inform the office of the current situation of the
Association. He is also responsible for recruitment, appointment and
dismissal of permanent or temporary staff of the Association and in
accordance with regulations adopted by the Board. When appointing
staff, the President gives great importance to the need to ensure
the highest level of efficiency, technical competence and integrity.
Finally, He is authorizing the expenditure of the Association.
Vice President
He is primarily responsible for assisting the President in carrying
out its functions. In case of vacancy of the Presidency, the
Vice-President will be in charge until the next General Assembly.
The Vice President is also responsible for sector planning; He should
consider the future of the Association and determine the human and
financial resources to make reforms within it.
General Secretary
He is responsible for the executive secretariat, which consists of
himself and the Deputy SG. It is required to ensure all
administrative procedures. In collaboration with the President
convenes meetings of the board and propose the agenda. The
deliberations of the office will be minutes kept by him. He is the
custodian of the archives of the Association.
Deputy General Secretary
He assists the Secretary General in carrying out his duties and
replaced in case of vacancy of the post.
Secretary of Organization
She is responsible for organizing all the events of the Association.
It must needs EVALUATION financial, human and material resources
necessary for ensuring that the events of the Association.
Secretary of the
Organization Assistant
He assist the Secretary of the Organization in carrying out its
mission and replace in case of resignation or incapacity.
Treasurer
He is the accounting officer of the Association which manages the
fund, any check, any bill of exchange and other negotiable and
transferable instrument and receipt of any sum paid by the
Association shall be co-signed, drawn, prepared or accepted by the
Treasurer General. In addition He shall maintain appropriate books
on all moneys received and disbursed by the Association and the
issues that gave rise to these revenue and expenditure.
Financial Secretary
He was elected by the General Assembly. It must determine the
financial policy of the Association, but also control the finances
of the organization but also its operation office shall make
available any documents necessary to carry out its mission. He must
prepare an inspection report that is read to the AG. IHe must be
rigorous, honest, incorruptible and impartial.
Secretary for External
Relations
He is in charge for coordination with organizations wishing to
establish relations with the SCAA. He / she may initiate activities
in this direction and report to the office has the final word on
this issue.
Chairman of the Projects
Committee
He is in charge of all projects of the Association. He will among
other tasks have to:
- identify the needs of the dioceses of Senegal, in collaboration
with the designated official of the Bishop of the diocese,
- identify potential donors and get in touch with them
- Identify priority projects that should be funding
He must periodically make a record of activities to the officers.
Each district must appoint one or two persons for projects that must work under the
supervision of the chairman of the projects Committee.
Chairman of the Spiritual
Committee
With her team, she is responsible for organizing the
pilgrimage and the spiritual guidance of the members of the
association. she also organizes the masses and other religious
services (prayers, etc. ...)
Chairman of the Social
Committee
A mission is to identify / record casework, information and
guidance, coordinate with the office.
